Discover the beauty and symbolism of Palestinian embroidery (tatreez) in this hands-on workshop led by skilled local women. More than just a craft, embroidery in Palestine is a language of identity, belonging, and storytelling—passed down from mother to daughter for generations.
In this workshop, you’ll learn about the regional meanings behind traditional patterns, the historical significance of colors and motifs, and how embroidery reflects personal and communal heritage. With guidance from an experienced artisan, you’ll stitch your own motif on a fabric piece you can take home—a personal souvenir woven with memory.
